What's Not Changing?
Our name has changed, but the essential principles that got us here remain the same. We continue to view every day as an opportunity to work together to bring out the best in each other.
Safety is and always will be a Core Value at Andeavor. We will continue to strive to achieve our ultimate goal of an incident-free workplace - for ourselves, for the families that sustain us and for the communities that surround us.
We remain dedicated to fostering mutually beneficial relationships in the communities where we operate, investing resources to make a positive difference in the lives of others through education, public safety and environmental sustainability. Our commitment to Shared Value motivates us to be active, involved neighbors - not only as a company, but as individuals. Investing in our communities has always been core to who we are, and that will remain.
Our focus on delivering high-quality products and services to our partners and nurturing strong relationships will not change. Our goal is to deliver extraordinary service so our customers feel welcome and cared for and want to do business with us.

We believe that exceptional performance is the result of simple and thoughtful improvements every day. We are determined to be better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.
You, our employees, are at the heart of Andeavor. Your outstanding contributions are what bring extraordinary to life. Over time, Andeavor's true meaning will be defined by all of us.
The timeline below represents some of the key milestones in the transition to our new name. The dates here project the timing we are aiming to achieve as part of our current plan.
Because of the ordered process for legally changing all of our company and subsidiary names, we will be able to begin conversion for some items at legacy Tesoro sites earlier than legacy Western sites. We will continue to communicate and provide updates as we progress through our journey.
