The images that are contained on this web site have not been certified as being true and correct copies of the instruments filed and recorded with the Pierce County Auditor. Certified copies of these documents can be purchased in person at the Pierce County Auditor office, or by mail, sending a check for the correct fee to: 2401 S 35th St, Room 200, Tacoma, WA 98409.
